These are the rules for using youaremarked.com. They are short on purpose. If something is unclear, email us.

Using the site

You can browse, listen and share links freely. The music, artwork, texts and videos on this site belong to Märked or the artists we work with. Do not copy, sell or re-upload them without asking. Quoting a line or sharing a link is fine.

Free downloads

Some tracks are free. The downloads run on Premierely at downloads.youaremarked.com. To get a file you complete a small action there, like following or reposting on SoundCloud. The free files are for personal listening and DJ use. Do not resell them or upload them as your own. Premierely's own terms apply on their pages.

Sending a demo

When you send a demo you keep every right to your music. Sending it does not make a contract and does not oblige us to reply. We listen to everything and answer what fits. We never share your demo with anyone outside the label. If we want to release it, we will send you a proper agreement first.

If you subscribe, we email you about new releases, around once a month. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We use Brevo to send it. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Shop

Our records and merchandise are sold through Bandcamp. When you buy something there, Bandcamp's terms and refund rules apply, not ours. Questions about an order can still come to us and we will help where we can.

Links to other sites

We link to SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Instagram, Resident Advisor, Premierely and others. We are not responsible for what happens on those sites.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and online, but we cannot promise it is always right or always up. We are not liable for any damage that comes from using the site or the files on it, as far as the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.

Law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Any dispute goes to the competent court in the Netherlands.
